ná-strönd (ná-strǫnd)
f. the strand of the dead, whither the ‘straw-dead’ came after death, as opp. to Val-höll, the hall of the slain, Vsp. 44; Nástrandir, Edda.

Orthography: The Cleasby & Vigfusson book used letter ö to represent the original Old Norse vowel ǫ. Therefore, ná-strönd may be more accurately written as ná-strǫnd.
