f. [a corrupt form, qs. skæltönn?], a dog-tooth.

Orthography: The Cleasby & Vigfusson book used letter ö to represent the original Old Norse vowel ǫ. Therefore, skögul-tönn may be more accurately written as skǫgul-tǫnn.
