(in a verse); both passages refer to the jugglers at the alþing; einn snápligr trúðr, Stj. 505; at leikurum ok trúðum hefig þik lítt fregit, Hornklofi; leikarar ok trúðar vóru margir í herinum, Pr. 132: as a nickname, Ánn trúðr, Dropl.
