1 himin-jöðurr (himin-jǫðurr)

m. the corner, brim (jaðarr, jöðurr) of heaven, = himinskaut, Vsp. 5 (απ. λεγ.) This, no doubt, is the correct form, not himin-jó-dýr (heaven-horse-beasts) or himin-jó-dur (heaven-horse-doors).
