(origin), 391: þar var nokkvot æ. hans (family), id.; suðr í Fjörðum, þar er æ. hans allt, Eg. 50, Ó. H. 30. ætternis-stapi, a, m. a mythical name of a rock; for this legend see Gautr. S. ch. 1, 2, cp. Pliny’s Hist. Nat. iv. ch. 12.
